Consists of workshops for middle and senior managers. Also advisor and assessor support leading to management qualifications such as the Management Charter Initiative (MCI) and other such as the Certificate and Diploma in Management.
A detailed review of existing businesses identifiying possible improvements with conclusions linked to recommended action points.
A research into the feasibilty, and ultimate viability of an idea or project.
Manage the resources required for specific projects. Review and management of a projects financial performance.
Delivery consists of six half-day sessions covering a range of topics including skills analysis, marketing, costing and pricing, sales forecasting, financial projections, bookkeeping and legal requirements.
Consists of business skills sessions covering a range of accountancy and business management areas. This includes bookkeeping, preparation of financial projections - cash flows, profit and loss and balance sheets, break-even analysis, interpretation of year end accounts including the use of ratios, costing and pricing, sourcing funds for projects.
Preparation of comprehensive Business Plans for development projects, including the sourcing of funds. This is aimed at both individuals and exisiting businesses.
